The products to be breaded are easily and quickly processed to be ready for frying in the compact Metos Breading trolley.
The products to be breaded are lifted into a basket and dipped into the trolley’s water basin to moisten, after which the basket’s products are poured into the flouring basin and rolled in flour. If necessary, wetting is done twice. There is a hatch at the bottom of the flouring basin, from which the flour caked in the basin is dripped into the cleaning strainer located at the bottom of the cart, which removes doughy balls from the flour and further separates the usable flour into its own container.
Working on the trolley is ergonomic. It takes up little floor space and is easy to move between workstations. The shelves, trays and baskets in it can be conveniently and time-savingly cleaned in the dishwasher.
Breading is now really easy and work stations stay clean!
