Flame seared salmon fillet is a boneless, delicious and easy-to-use option for all cooking and for eating as is. It goes well with a pie or pasta as well as on bread or a salad. It is also an absolutely good delicacy for a festive fish table and it is guaranteed to taste good regardless of the season. The package size of the flame-grilled salmon fillet is approx. 900 g, so there is plenty to offer for larger needs.

Nutritionally, the salmon fillet is top class. It is rich in protein, vitamin D and Omega-3 fatty acids.

Kalaneuvos salmon is farmed in the Lofoten region of Northern Norway and north of the Lofoten Islands. It is transported by refrigerated trucks directly from Lofoten to our fish processing factory and is ready for processing already one day after harvesting.
