The coffee comes from two cooperatives – Incahuasi in Peru and Comicovel in Honduras. We rotate the origins in late spring and then again in the beginning of the winter, so we can ensure that the coffee is in season and fresh tasting throughout the year. Since these cooperatives are about 350 miles apart on different sides of the equator the harvest seasons differ giving us fresh deliveries twice a year. All the coffee is Fairtrade and organic certified and composed of the Caturra, Pacas, Typica, and Bourbon varieties.
