As kitchen shift manager at Morton
You manage and organize kitchen operations in practice. You familiarize the new chefs with their work.
You make sure that every portion that leaves the kitchen meets Morton’s high criteria
You handle wholesale orders and take care of the stock cycle of raw materials together with the restaurant manager
You know how important your work is in terms of customer experience. You make sure that our food is at least as praised in the future as well.
As a kitchen shift manager, you work under the restaurant manager, in close cooperation with other shift managers.

Several years of work experience in a restaurant kitchen. You can smoothly prepare burgers, salads and desserts.

Experience in placing wholesale orders and inventory management.
The ability to keep the package together and the atmosphere relaxed even in the middle of a rush. Your personality and what you do is reflected in the entire kitchen and restaurant.
Experience of busy seasonal work.
Hiring and starting work
Salary according to the contract, but at least according to Marava TES and the job is full-time. The work starts in May and lasts from August to September. The position will be filled as soon as the right person is found, so send your application today!
